Team Clothing (“we”, “us”) operates the Team Clothing ordering portal and related services. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our services, including our mobile application.
Mobile app — camera and QR codes
Our Android and iOS apps may request permission to use your device camera. The camera is used only to scan QR codes provided by your organisation so that your order can be linked to the correct branch or ordering context. We do not use the camera for general photography, advertising, or unrelated purposes. Video or images from the camera are processed as needed to read the QR code and are not stored as photos on our systems for that purpose.
Ordering and account data
When you use the portal or app, we process information needed to place and fulfil orders (for example names, contact details, branch, product selections, and payment-related information where applicable), in line with our agreements with your organisation and applicable law.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. We retain data only as long as needed for ordering, support, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
